This page describes the implemented inquiry fields but is not an approved legal notice. The Society must confirm the controller, contact details, processing basis, mail provider, retention and rights process before production publication.
Inquiry information
The form requests name, email, optional organization, message and consent. Do not submit passwords, payment details or sensitive personal records. The core plugin does not create a submissions database. If enabled in production, approved mail services may retain messages and logs under their policies.
Private development preview
Development inquiries are validated without sending external email. Only test-delivery metadata is recorded for verification; submitted message content is not retained by the capture hook. Authentication protects this preview, but visitors should still avoid sensitive data.
Registration data
Registration forms may include company/CR and contact details, CSR questionnaire responses, optional typed signature/declaration, and payment/sponsorship preferences. No card details or public files are collected. In this preview test data is processed in memory and not delivered externally; only test-check metadata and a content hash are captured. Production recipients, retention, notifications and any original WPForms storage behavior require approval before activation.
