  • Support membership growth in society.
  • Planning, implementing and evaluating membership recruitment and retention campaigns to effectively position the value of the CSR membership among members and potential members.
  • Achieve established recruitment and retention goals and increase CSR member benefit share.
  • Utilizing findings from member and nonmember research to develop and manage communications to support a positive perception of member value among members overall and key membership segments.
  • Enhance the overall impact of the member and society services/activities division, including writing membership reports and other communications.
  • Handling activities to support membership initiatives within Bahrain.
  • Include volunteers department in the society, local societies and Bahrain in general.
  • Identifying opportunities to share and learn from other societies.
  • Reach to 1000 new members every year.
